Occasional, personal messages will stay free. Writing a message for a birthday, an anniversary, or something further down the line shouldn't come with a bill — that's the core of what this product is for.

Channels with a real per-message cost — SMS, and eventually WhatsApp — will be priced separately from the free email tier, since providers charge us per message sent.

Business use (recurring automated reminders, higher volume) will be a paid plan, built on the same engine as the personal side rather than a separate product.
